Shipping
Information
We ship USPS First Class
Mail (packages less than 13 ounces) and USPS Priority Mail (packages over
13 ounces). If you need faster shipping, please
contact us at
sales@premiumribbon.com.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally we have out of stock items. We receive merchandise
once a week, so in most cases, the out of stock item will be available
in 1 to 2 weeks. We may ship your order in separate shipments.
You will be notified by email of any out of stock items or if items will
be shipped separately.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for items that don't meet your needs.
We can not accept returns for ribbon or bows that have been used.
We only accept returns within 30 days of your invoice date. Please
send returns to Premium Ribbon, PO Box 131, Laurel Springs, NC 28644.
Please email us regarding returns so we will know to look for your
package. We do not require an RA number.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and
checks. If using your credit card, please be aware that your
charge will show on your credit card statement as IGC. If pre
paying by check, please make checks out to our parent company, IGC and
mail to PO Box 131, Laurel Springs, NC 28644.
